Mr. Noel T. Duarte
President/Managing Principal
Mr. Duarte is a results-oriented search consultant with a wide range of sales, marketing, and recruiting experience.
Prior to founding McPhee Management, he was an Associate, shareholder, and the senior Staffing Solutions consultant in the Boston area headquarters office of one of the A/E/C industry's premiere management consulting firms. In addition to serving as a project recruiter for long-term contract recruitment clients nationwide, Noel has managed executive search projects from entry level to office management level in architecture, engineering, and environmental consulting firms.
As a Staffing consultant, Mr. Duarte trains and advises architecture, engineering & environmental consulting clients on strategic recruitment strategies, interviewing, compensation, relocation, staff retention, and other human resources issues. In addition, he has presented in-house recruiting seminars and conducted employee interviews.
Prior to entering the A/E industry, Noel worked in Sales and Marketing for Philip Morris, U.S.A. and Coca Cola. He was responsible for market share analysis, new business development, new product brand launches, and product visibility.
Mr. Duarte received his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
